It's amazing how much we hate the 'got to do' s in our lives, even when we know that we really need to do them. I think you're right: maybe it's the whole 'being forced to' thing.

RESISTANCE… IT amazes me that I can be SO INSPIRED literally, this is it , I see what I should do. The moment it goes in the scheduler that's it, instant resistance…
The funny thing is the moment I pass the threshold to actually doing 'the thing' I always love it, or atleast enjoy it, or at very least learn something important!
